The Rules

Hand painted pieces are handled in the order they are received, and can take up to 20 BUSINESS days for production. Upon completion, you will receive an email with tracking information (Domestic).

No RETURNS

We will grant EXCHANGES on a case-by-case scenario. Please send an email via the CONTACT link on the site for authorization prior to returning merchandise. 

All shipping costs incurred with the initial exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer.
